Halloween is a fun time of the year, you get to see what over the top decorations people will come up with. If you always wished that you could be a part of such creations, then you now have a chance. One man creates these huge Halloween displays and asks for pledges to do his projects. Well this year he’s making a giant steampunk display, but that’s only if he raises the $2200 that he requires.
They only have 15 days to go to meet their goal. They do have 60 backers, and not far to go though. The vehicle is meant to look as if it has drilled through the ground and right out into the creator’s driveway. If this is even slightly as good as his past creations, then it would definitely be worth the money. You can check out his previous works by going here.

Sometimes, all a new webmaster needs to help them stay motivated to be productive is just a little bit of cash. A little something to tell them they're appreciated, and what they're doing really is going to benefit them. Sometimes, it's just nice to have a little extra bit of cash earned from your website--even if the website hasn't been around very long.
For the purposes of this article, we'll just say that a "new" webmaster has had their site up for under, say, three months.
There are almost always options available to someone whose site isn't just utterly profane, violent, pornographic, etc.,
www.theadnetwork.co.uk is an excellent site for beginning webmasters and already-established webmasters alike; you get a sum of money initially, once they approve your site, and you get a set sum of money every month just for keeping their small ads on at least three pages of your site! It's not a ton of money, of course, but it can usually pay for the hosting of the site.
www.bucks4banners.com is a site almost identical to TheAdNetwork in concept. In fact, I'm pretty sure, they're run by the same company. They both work the same way; submit your site to them, and if you're approved, they'll give you some code to put onto three pages of your site. Then, you'll be paid a small lump sum up-front, and a small sum every month you have the ads on your site.
Both these sites are very nice, and they can provide around 20-30 dollars a month. For the beginning webmaster, who, likely, isn't paying more than a few dollars a month for their hosting (hopefully), the rest is profit! That's a nice feeling.
But of course, those aren't the only two sites that new webmasters can make use of.
Another good site is www.popuptraffic.com.
Yes, you probably don't like popups. Neither do I. Neither does anyone else.
That's the neat thing about PopupTraffic; they offer pop UNDERs. If you're not familiar with that term, let me tell you--it's a good thing. Most of the time you get paid the same for popunders as you do popups, but popunders are much less likely to freak out your viewers. Popups pop up over the browser window, interrupting the viewer's browsing. However, with popunders, the viewer only becomes aware of the popunder advertisement once he or she closes the window. The popunder appears under the browser window, in the background, so it's a much less intrusive way of advertising.
And profitable too, for you.
PopupTraffic currently runs up to $1.80 CPM (cost per thousand impressions) for popunders in the United States. They pay for non-unique hits, and foreign hits, as well, which is nice. Every time someone views your site, you'll be making a little bit of money.
The terms are much less restrictive than many other sites, and they don't even have a minimum traffic limit. You can choose how much money you want to collect before they pay you either by a mailed check, a wire transfer, or Paypal.
There you have it; the three best sites for beginning webmasters to begin to profit.
